Our Implementation Team
At ALC, we realize how much a quality, efficient, and expeditious installation means to you and your business. Our technicians are certified to install and service all of the products that ALC provides. Working for ALC an average of nine years, our technical staff stays at the forefront of advancing technology through continuous training.
The Planning Stage
Installation begins long before any equipment arrives at your location. An ALC installation supervisor will meet with you prior to commencing work. After work site familiarization, including mapping of specific communications requirements and challenges, you will be presented with a comprehensive installation plan for your approval.
Careful Installation
The installation then proceeds in a manner not disruptive to your business or distractive to your employees. Periodic updates are provided throughout the installation process, and concludes with a post cutover conference with your assigned ALC installation supervisor.
Your Growing System
Changes in the system programming are made by ALC at no charge for 30 days following system cutover. Most importantly, we understand the value of training all users on the new system. Our experienced and patient instructors will provide training on a group and individual basis. Excellent documentation is also provided for future reference.
Service
When service is needed, or system modification is required, ALC is there for you. ALC has consistently provided the highest level of ongoing service for 20 years. Our service technicians are all certified on each of the products they work with, and undergo continuous training and certification.
Service is available 24/7.
Emergency response time is within two hours.
Non-emergency service is provided within 24 hours.
Unique service arrangements can be designed where needed.
